MR. PUFI was born in Greece from our love for profiterole and our desire to see it in a completely different way.

We took a classic favorite and created a new way to experience it. A dessert concept where customers don't simply receive a finished dessert. They watch it come together, choose their flavors and toppings, and create their own PUFI Bowl.

But for us, the experience doesn't stop with the presentation.

Our goal is for every PUFI Bowl to reach the customer exactly as it should.
